Artist Application
Clay Fest 2024 Event Information:
Saturday September 21st, 2024 from 10am-4pm
Event Address: The Potter's Shop, 1314 S. West Ave, Waukesha, WI
There is no Jury or Application fee.
- Application deadline: April 30, 2024
- Notification of Acceptance: May 15, 2024 or earlier
- Booth Fee Due: June 15, 2024
Vendor Requirements:
- Vendors must hold a WI sellers permit, as they are responsible for their products and associated sales tax.
- All items for sale must be designed, created & handcrafted by the exhibitor. No imports, buy/sell products, kits, items made from kits, or pre-manufactured items are allowed.
- Art must be made of clay or mixed media with clay.
Vendor Information:
- Booth Fee: $50.00. No refunds for cancellations for any reason.
- Booth space is 10ft x 10ft.
- Booth space is on concrete, artist is responsible for weighting tent. No stakes.
- No electricity offered.
- Artists are responsible for their own display and tent.
- We are an outdoor show and subject to the elements. No rain date or refunds if the show is cancelled due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances.
This is a juried event with limited space. It is carefully curated, not first come - first served. We strive to achieve a diverse representation of clay used as an creative medium. You may be added to a waitlist even though a space is available. If a space opens up in your aesthetic or creation method, we will reach out to see if you're still interested.
